The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution case in brief is that on the alleged date and time of occurrence, all the accused persons including petitioner entered the house of informant's brother and took him away. Later on, the dead body of the brother of informant was found hanging in the Mango orchard.
It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Informant is not eye-witness of the occurrence. The police after investigation submitted chargesheet under Section 306 IPC. Petitioner claims

Counsel for informant however, vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner is one the accused persons who took away the brother of informant and later on, the dead body of his brother was found in Mango orchard.
Considering the facts aforesaid and gravity of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 359 of 2022. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
