JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-06-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this application is directed to command the respondents for payment of all death cum retiral dues along with arrears of pension with interest after granting benefit of A.C.P.

as some of the retrial benefit has been given to the petitioner but the same are meager and further direction be issued to provide calculation chart."

Patna High Court CWJC No.23495 of 2013(2) dt.23-06-2023 2/2 At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State has referred to the counter affidavit filed in the present case, to submit that the entire death-cum-retiral dues of the deceased employee has already stood paid and the petitioner is also receiving regular pension with effect from the month of April 2006. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also referred to other sums of money paid to the petitioner/her deceased husband, which has been detailed in the counter affidavit filed in the present case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the stand taken by the respondents in the counter affidavit, filed in the present case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition as having been rendered infructuous.
