The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that in view of the recommendation made by the Bihar Staff Selection Commission, Patna after conducting the Graduate Level Combined Examination, 2010 on the basis of the advertisement no.110/2010, the persons junior to him have been granted higher pay grade of Rs.4200/-, but the petitioner has been given lower pay grade of Rs.2400/- only.
In the writ petition filed on behalf of the petitioner neither the selection list prepared by the Bihar Staff Selection Commission has been brought on record nor the persons, who are alleged to be junior in the selection list and have been allegedly granted the higher post and higher pay grade, have been impleaded as party respondents. In absence of the relevant materials, the issues raised herein cannot be gone into. The writ petition suffers from non-joinder of necessary parties.
In the result, the writ petition has to fail and is,
