1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the quashing application has been filed for quashing the complaint and order of cognizance, arising out of Complaint Case No. 27121 ( C ) of 2014 in which further proceedings in the Court below has been stayed vide order, dated 22.07.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34982 of 2024. Accordingly, learned counsel submits that in view of the stay granted in the quashing application, the petitioner has no apprehension of arrest at present and seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh anticipatory bail application if apprehension of arrest arises.

3. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
