ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 10.03.2019 in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 63 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery of 37 liters of liquor from the old house of the petitioner, which is in joint possession of the petitioner and other persons. It is further submitted that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent and has been falsely implicated in this case.

Considering the aforementioned facts and

Case No. 63 of 2019.
