The petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2019 in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 01 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is of having received a sum of Rs. 52,000/- on various dates from the informant which according to him has already been returned but even though the said denial is made by the informant, the petitioner is ready to deposit the same and returned back the aforesaid amount to the

It is further submitted that in the event of his being extended the privilege of bail, the petitioner, while furnishing securities to the satisfaction of the court below, will appear before the Court below along with the bank draft of Rs. 52,000/- drawn in favour of the informant and since there were good relation between the two families, the petitioner may be extended the privilege of bail. Having considered the bona fide submissions of the petitioner that he is willing to rapay the aforesaid amount to the informant, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 14th, Saran at Chapra in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 01 of 2019.

The said order shall take effect when the petitioner appears along with the sureties and the bank draft drawn in favour of the petitioner.
