Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 21, 22 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Act. It is alleged that from the house of petitioner two and half kilograms ganga was recovered.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery was from a joint family house of the petitioner.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Surajgarha P.S. Case No. 118 of 2015,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54486 of 2015 (2) dt.01-12-2015 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Lakhisarai. With the above observation this application is disposed of.
