====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-08-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being husband of the complainant is apprehending arrest in a complaint case in which process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner admits his marriage with the complainant and is ready to keep her with full dignity and honour. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph 11 of the petition which reads as follows:

"That the petitioner is husband and he is ready to keep his wife with all respect."

The impugned order reflects that the complaint was filed in 2013 and the petitioner preferred anticipatory bail application after issuance of process under section 82 Cr.P.C. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for provisional bail in view of the present stand of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Complaint Case No. 711 of 2013 pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Aurangabad. The bail application of the petitioner may be disposed of preferably on the same day. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
