Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bachwara P.S. case no. 58 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 366, 366A, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The anticipatory bail petition of this petitioners was earlier rejected by this court on 21.9.17 vide Cr. Misc. no. 46572 of 2017(Annexure-1).
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners have renewed their prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground that the girl is major and she has accepted in her
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9958 of 2018(2) dt.21-02-2018 2/2 statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. that she has married with Anil Rai.
In view of such, the application is disposed off with direction to the petitioners to surrender before the Court below i.e. CJM Begusarai, in connection with Bachwara P.S. case no. 58 /2017 within a period of four weeks from today and make prayer for regular bail which shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit in accordance with law, if possible on the same day, without being prejudiced by the present order.
