The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the informant has stated before this Court that there is settlement between the parties out side the court and he is not opposing the anticipatory bail petition. Petitioner no. 1 is the father-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is the mother-in-law of the victim.
