2. The grievance of the petitioner is in limited bound to the extent of issuance of certificate of intermediate and mark sheet for the Intermediate Examination, 2012 in which the petitioner was declared successful.
3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was duly admitted in intermediate arts in
Patna High Court CWJC No.7192 of 2026 dt.24-07-2026 2/3 Bishun Rai College, Kiratpur Rajaram, Bhagwanpur, Vaishali for the session of 2010-12 and was a registered candidate having registration no. 3314-P-0010/10 with the Board. Despite having successfully passed the intermediate examination, the certificate and the mark sheet has not been published in favor of the petitioner owing to closure of the college, in question. The contention of the petitioner that once the petitioner has successfully passed the examination, the necessary certificate must be issued in his favor.
4. Learned Advocate for the Board fairly submitted that a short adjournment is required to seek instruction and apprise this Court with regard to the present writ petition.
5. Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner and the materials available on record, this Court deems it fit and proper to dispose off the writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to file an appropriate application along with necessary documents after getting it duly endorsed by the college, in question, preferably within a period of two weeks from today. In case such an application is filed, the Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board shall consider his application and take appropriate action and issue necessary certificates/ mark sheets, if there is no impediment otherwise.
