The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,323,324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is of making assault with iron rod on the head of the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury has been found to be superficial simple in nature which has been caused to the informant accidentally. Considering the nature of accusation, it is a case for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below, preferably on the same day, in case the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54778 of 2015 (2) dt.04-12-2015 2/2 surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Mahishi P.S. Case No. 158 of 2015 pending in the court of learned CJM, Saharsa.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
