No. 36807 of 2011. It is submitted that the other co-accused persons have been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail and, therefore, the petitioner has prayed for renewing his prayer for bail. However, in view of the fact that no second anticipatory bail application is maintainable, this Court directs that if the petitioner surrenders in this case, it may be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order. The prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected. The application stands disposed of.
