JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341 ,323, 324, 307, 354(A) 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner allegedly assaulted with sword at the head of the informant. The Doctor has found wound at the head of the informant, however simple in nature.

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

After hearing the parties and considering the fact that the petitioner had knowledge that his act
