2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 9 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 341(1) of B.N.S. and Sections 66, 66(C) of Information Technology Act.

3. The accused/petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and is in custody since 08.02.2025.

4. Allegation against petitioner is to cheat the customers, who opened account in his C.S.P. Branch of North Bihar Gramin Bank, running on rent in the building of one Ganesh Sah.

5. Mr. Krishna Prasad, learned senior counsel while

No.25335 of 2025(3) dt.29-07-2025 2/3 appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted as some monetary disputes took place between Ganesh Sah, who is the landlord of the petitioner, where C.S.P. branch was operational, the present false implication was made. It is submitted that no other complaint was received from any person against petitioner, where various Aadhar Cards and passbooks belongs to different customers, as alleged to recovered was actual in connection of their bank transactions. While concluding the argument, it is submitted that investigation of this case is already completed, for which chargesheet has been submitted, as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence and, moreover, petitioner found involved in one more criminal case of different nature, where he is on bail.

6. Learned APP opposed the prayer of bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as the alleged documents prima facie appears to be recovered in connection with business transactions of C.S.P. branch, coupled with the fact that charge-sheet has already submitted, where petitioner is in custody since 08.02.2025, accordingly, petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 9 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of
