2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 117(2), 126(2), 109, 351(2), 352, 303(2) of B.N.S.

3. Dispute about possession of land led to Maarpeet, in which, both sides sustained injury. Case and counter case. Petitioner assaulted on the head of informant's father with Garasa. Doctor has found the injury grievous in nature.

4. Considering the nature of injury, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
