02. 06.04.2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

The Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 625 of 2013 registered under Sections 384, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before Shri N.P. Singh, Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran or his successor.

Considering that this is a second anticipatory bail which is not maintainable, the application is dismissed with a direction to the Petitioner to appear within a period of three weeks failing which the Trial Court shall take stringent steps for ensuring arrest of the Petitioners.
