Case No. 548 of 2013 registered for the offence punishable under sections 407, 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion on the confessional statement of co-accused. During investigation nothing has come to suggest complicity of this petitioner in the alleged crime. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on
