For issuance of appropriate writ/writs directing the respondent authorities for issuance of uniform guidelines in order to facilitate transparent selection of the agencies to prepare EPIC and Photo Electoral Roll in different districts.

II. For issuance of appropriate writ/writs for quashing of order vide which agencies have been selected for preparation of EPIC and Photo Electoral Roll in Saran district as well as for different district throughout the state of Bihar.

III. For issuance of appropriate writ/writs directing the respondent authorities to make fresh tender for selection of the agencies to carry out the work of

Patna High Court CWJC No.7288 of 2020 dt.26-08-2020 2/2 preparation of EPIC and Photo Electoral Roll in different districts of the State in accordance with these guidelines.

IV. For grant of any other incidental, consequential or other appropriate relief/reliefs to which the petitioner may be found entitled to."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, reserving liberty to approach the respondents, including Respondent No. 3, for redressal of the grievance.

Permission is granted.

The present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
