The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 233 of 2017 registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 465, 464, 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 81(i)(b)/81(2)/81(3)(b) and 81(4) of Bihar VAT Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on perusal of supplementary affidavit, it appears that similarly situated co-accused person namely, Rakesh Kumar Jain has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 49212 of 2017 on 18.10.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48711 of 2017 (3) dt.17-11-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Patna in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 233 of 2017 (G.R. No. 3274 of 2017) subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
