Petitioner seeks bail in Dehri Town (Dalmiyanagar) P.S. Case No.481 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 401, 411 and 414 Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Kallu Khan.

It is alleged that one motorcycle has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Seizure list is part of the First Information Report, which does not bear signature of the petitioner. Aforesaid seizure list bears signature of Kallu Khan. Petitioner is in custody since 20.02.2019.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28255 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 Counsel for the petitioner further submits that several co-accused have been granted regular bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court as well as by this Court.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Dehri Town (Dalmiyanagar) P.S. Case No.481 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
