The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No.09 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 384, 386, 307, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he seeks permission to withdraw the application.
