JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-05-2023 The instant matter has been disposed of by order dated 18.05.2023 and the same is taken up again in view of the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner and it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on account of wrongly mentioning the petitioner's judicial custody date in paragraph no. 13 of the petition in the order dated 18.05.2023 the said custody date has been mentioned as 15.02.2023 in place of actual custody date which is 25.02.2023. Accordingly, a prayer is made to permit the petitioner to make necessary correction in the said paragraph no. 13 of the petition.

Permission is accorded and after the correction in the said paragraph, let the last and second last sentences of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29037 of 2023(3) dt.24-05-2023 2/2 paragraph no. 3 of the order dated 18.05.2023 be read as "he has been languishing in jail since 25.02.2023 and against him the investigation has been completed". Accordingly, the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner stands disposed of.
