JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-05-2026 Learned counsel for the State submits that the order dated 18.02.2022 passed in CWJC no. 9716 of 2021 has been complied with and in this regard, statements have been made in paragraphs-11 and 15 of the show cause filed on behalf of O.P. no. 6 and the same may be perused.
2. In view of aforesaid submission and having perused the statements made in paragraphs 11 and 15 of the show cause, there is nothing to proceed with this contempt petition. Hence,
Patna High Court MJC No.818 of 2022(3) dt.04-05-2026 2/2 the instant MJC petition stands disposed of.
3. It is clarified that this order will not deprive the petitioner any of her legal rights to raise her grievance before appropriate legal forum if any grievance still exist in her favour despite the aforesaid compliance.
