JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354,354A,436 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is of outraging the modesty of the informant and litting the house of the informant on fire.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 16.3.2015 at 7 P.M. the FIR was registered on 17.3.2015 at 7.45 A.M. In the background of land dispute the accusation has been levelled and there is nothing on record to suggest that actually the fire was lit by the petitioner. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 102 of 2015 pending in the court of learned SDJM (West), Muzaffarpur.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
