The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No.15 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 366 (A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Having regard to the statement of victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, application for bail is rejected.

However, the Court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a maximum period of nine months.
