The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. reveals that allegation of cheating and theft is against named accused Sonu Singh.

Submission is that name of the petitioners transpired during investigation.

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52955 of 2016 (2) dt.21-12-2016 2/2 arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram/Successor Court in connection with Kargahar (Barhari) Police Station Case No. 100 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
