JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 349 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in brief is that the daughter of informant had been done to death after two years of her marriage for non fulfillment of dowry by administering poison. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a blind person and claims to be the husband of the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or
