The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 184 of 2005 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 326 of the Indian Penal Code has been added, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Gopalganj.
The accusation is that, in course of occurrence, this petitioner gave knife blow at the left palm of Wasim, grandson of informant.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.745 of 2017 (2) dt.25-01-2017 inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
