JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 14-09-2016 It is agreed by learned counsels for the parties that the order under contempt has been substantially complied with except with regard to payment of Group Insurance Claim. In this regard, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Opposite Parties of the University are wrongly taking the view on the basis of 2002 policy decision, whereas the

Patna High Court MJC No.2190 of 2013 (8) dt.14-09-2016 2/2 petitioner's Group Insurance Claim is based upon 1983 policy decision. It is however, prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner may be permitted to file a detailed claim in this regard before the opposite parties who should thereafter dispose it of in accordance with law. The contempt application is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the opposite parties of the University with a detailed claim for Group Insurance and the opposite parties shall look into the claim and after deciding the same, pay the admitted amount to the petitioner within two months of the filing of the claim of the petitioner.
