The petitioner was allotted some construction work for the University. According to him, he has furnished the work but complete payment has not been made.

We dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent no. 3 within 15 days from today who shall look into the same and

In case, it is found that some dispute still subsists, he shall refer the parties to the Dispute Resolution Mechanism/Arbitration, if any Clause to that effect is available in the University Rules and/or Agreement.
