2. In view of the fact that challenge was to the appointment of respondent no. 9 on the post of Shiksha Mitra

Patna High Court CWJC No.10293 of 2006 (4) dt.01-02-2018 2/2 in the year 2005 and thereafter the post being converted to that of Panchayat Teacher on which the respondent no. 9 is continuing and today nobody appearing on behalf of the petitioner to press this application, the Court can only presume that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the matter.
