====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-08-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, informant, namely, Santosh Pandit alleged that his daughter, aged about 15 years, went missing after she went to college on 12.8.2023. Informant believes that named accused persons including this petitioner kidnapped daughter of informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He submits that the victim, in her statement recorded under section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, stated that due to atrocity of her mother, she fled from house and went to Ludhiana where she met this petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Baniapur Police Station case no. 334/2023.
