2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(I) For direction upon the Respondents to pay compensation under the provisions of the Right To Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013 (for short Act 2013

Patna High Court CWJC No.11257 of 2025(2) dt.17-07-2025 2/3 hereinafter) and/or in alternative direction for vacating the plot of land from unauthorized occupation by the Respondents, bearing Khata no. 100 Plot no. 262 Thana no. 26 by removal of entire structure made over the land of the Petitioner made by the concerned Respondent, situated at village/Mauja - Tetarhad under Circle Office- Navi Nagar, P.S. Navi Nagar, District Aurangabad, which is a purchased property of the petitioner purchased vide registered Deed of Sale bearing Deed no. 4524 Token no. 4703 SI no. 4668 Book 1 CD Volume 10 dated 10.04.2012.

(III) For any other relief/reliefs which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the matter."

3. The claim of the petitioner is that without any notice and/or acquisition, on the land owned by him, the NTPC is constructing a stadium. He has to run from pillar to post without any response.

4. Aggrieved, the present writ petition.

5. Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner be directed to file a proper representation before the respondent no.5, the Collector, Aurangabad, who shall be taking the matter to its logical conclusion.

6. Taking into account the submission of the parties as also the prayer of the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the respondent no.5, the Collector, Aurangabad in next four weeks alongwith all the relevant documents who shall be duty bound to take the matter to its logical conclusion by 31st December, 2025.
