Petitioner is in custody in connection with Kursakanta P.S. Case No. 51 of 2019 for the offence under sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 22 liters of country made liquor was seized.

Learned counsel submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 16.2.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail
