The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous on account of a judgment passed by the learned Division Bench of this Court on 05.07.2023 in Civil Review No. 59 of 2018, hence the present writ petition be disposed off. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
