====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 01-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, counsel for the informant and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 230 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304(B) and 201/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is Chachera Dewar of the deceased. He has no concern with the affairs of the deceased of her husband.

Counsel for the informant has appeared and opposed the prayer for bail.

Petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28331 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, Distt. West Champaran, in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 230 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
