JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 964 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 34 of IPC.

Prosecution story disclosed that petitioners and other accused persons assaulted the informant and there is also an allegation of assault by knife against the petitioner no.2. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that except petitioner no.2, there is no specific allegation

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners no.2 to 6, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 964 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
