The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 108 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Diary in the present case was called for, which has since been received.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is alleged to have inflicted knife blow on the informant but the said injury is found to be simple in nature. He further submits that other co-accused persons, who have been named in the F.I.R., have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56225 of 2015 (3) dt.03-03-2016 2/2 Criminal Miscellaneous No. 50402 of 2015 vide order dated 09.02.2016.
Considering the nature of allegation made against the present petitioner, and that other similarly situated persons have been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Vivek Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gopalganj in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 108 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) sunil/- U T
