The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation and that the petitioners are the father and uncle of the deceased girl who is alleged to have committed suicide, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with
