JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2021 Perused the report of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-IV, Gaya dated 04.01.2021 in which it has been stated that six months' time is likely to be consumed for completion of the trial.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the informant Shri Mrigendra Kumar Singh submits that only two prosecution witnesses are remaining to be examined i.e. the Doctor and the Investigating Officer, hence the petitioner, who is the main accused and is alleged to have killed his wife, be not granted bail at this stage.

In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move this Court after lapse of five months in case the trial is not concluded.
