JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2016 Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case under sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. They are father-in-law, mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased respectively. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the allegations are general and omnibus against them. Further, they had no concern with the affairs of the deceased and her husband.
In the facts of the case, in case of surrender, let all the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in PS. Case No. -121 Year- 2015 Thana -BARUN District- AURANGABAD.
