The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the six named accused persons are stated to have assaulted the informant with a farsa leading to serious injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. He is in custody since 25.2.2021 and charge sheet has been submitted in the case.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36559 of 2021(2) dt.23-12-2021 2/2 taking into consideration the allegations in the FIR and the petitioner having remained in custody for 9 months, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case no. 193 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, West, Muzaffarpur.
