2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit.

3. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 14.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16188 of 2024 for making correction in police station case number and for extending the period of surrender.

4. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the police station case number shall be read as Barhat P.S. Case No.181 of 2023 in place of Barhat P.S. Case No.182 of 2023 and the period of surrender is extended by six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33565 of 2024(2) dt.10-05-2024 2/2 in connection with Barhat P.S. Case No. 181 of 2023, subject to deposit of sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund.

5. The order dated 14.03.2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

6. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
