The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 275 of 2017 registered under Sections 75 of the Bihar Minor Mineral Rule, 2017.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there is no truth behind the allegation made in the FIR that the petitioners transported illegally mined sand. He submitted that a large number of cases were instituted against

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11817 of 2018 (2) dt.27-02-2018 licensees in colourable exercise of power by the police. Be that as it may, regard being had to the nature of allegation, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 275 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
