JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 07-12-2016 The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has fairly submitted that all the relevant facts/notifications/orders relating to the land acquisition case in question have not been brought on the record. He further submits that the reliefs sought for on behalf of the petitioner have not been properly enumerated in paragraph 1 of the writ petition. Therefore, after some argument, he seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition in the same subject matter, after bringing on the record all the relevant facts/notifications/orders relating to the land acquisition case in question, as also by crystallizing the reliefs in paragraph 1 of the writ petition.

Leave is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
