The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 152 of 2020 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to some disputes with regard to the field of wheat crop. Both the parties are agnates. Further he submits that there is case and counter case between the parties, which is evident from Annexure-2 to the bail application. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
