JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-09-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- 1(i). For issuance of a writ of or in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondent, Chairman-cum-Managing Director, Biscomaun to give the due salary of the petitioner who was Assistant Depo Manager in Biscomaun w.e.f. Oct. 1996 to 12-08-2008.

(ii). For issuance of a writ of or in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondent concerned give the benefit of revised pay scale as per 5th pay revision to the petitioner upto date of retirement i.e. uptill 2014, which the petitioner is legally entitled.

(iii). For issuance of a writ of or in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondent

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
