The petitioner being the cousin father-in-law of the deceased lady is in custody since 11.10.2018 in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 230 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a general and omnibus allegation has been saddled on the shoulders of the present petitioner and the wife of the present petitioner has already been granted anticipatory bail. It is further submitted that no specific roll has been attributed to the present petitioner and since the husband of the deceased is already in jail, the petitioner may be extended the privilege of bail.
