On account of non-compliance of pre-emptory order dated 11.08.2009, instant petition is found dismissed relating to O.P. No.8,9,10 and 13. At an earlier occasion also, there was absence.

On account of non-consideration of name of petitioner relating to appointment of Panchayat Teacher in different schools under respondent no.8 on account of non-recognition of their certificates, having obtained from Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad, , Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, bunch of writ petitions were filed, which were decided by a common order directing the respondents to consider the candidature of the petitioner. Because of the fact that instant petition is found dismissed against respondent no.8, consequent thereupon, would not survive and is accordingly rejected.
